Converge IQ ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and who we share it with.
What we collect
Website analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, including pages viewed, time on site, and general location and device information. This helps us improve the site and understand what visitors find useful.
Ask IQ (our website chat assistant): when you use Ask IQ, we collect the messages you send and receive during that conversation. We also collect a hashed (anonymised) session identifier and a hashed IP address, used only to apply fair-use rate limits and prevent abuse of the service. We do not currently collect your name, email address, or other identifying contact details through Ask IQ.
Booking a discovery call: if you book a discovery call, this is handled through Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Calendly collects your name, email, and any details you provide when booking. Calendly's own privacy policy governs how that information is handled.
How we use this information
Website analytics data is used to understand and improve site performance and content. Ask IQ conversation data and rate-limiting identifiers are used to operate and improve the assistant, and to prevent misuse. Booking information collected via Calendly is used to schedule and conduct your discovery call.
Who we share it with
We use Google Analytics for website analytics, governed by Google's own privacy practices. We use Lovable, our website development and hosting platform, to host the database supporting Ask IQ's rate-limiting and usage tracking, and to collect visitor analytics for the site. Lovable also has access to AI conversation logs (such as Ask IQ conversations) to help debug and improve site functionality; secrets and credentials are automatically removed from these logs, which are retained for a maximum of 90 days. We use an AI service provider to generate Ask IQ's responses; your messages are processed by that provider to generate a reply. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Data retention
Data collected through this site, including Ask IQ conversation logs and analytics data, is retained for a maximum of 90 days.

This policy will be updated if our data collection practices change, including if we introduce a lead capture form in future.
